    Light it the natural way

    1. Pile the charcoal in the middle of the grill.
    2. Put small, dry twigs on top, like a tent.
    3. Light the twigs from the side the wind is coming from. The fire walks down into the charcoal by itself.
    4. When the charcoal turns grey, spread it and start.
